2. Product Information

Spyda Footwear strives to provide accurate descriptions of products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Spyda Footwear is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our return policy.

3. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance by Spyda Footwear. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment can be made through cash on delivery, bank transfers, or debit and credit cards. The standard delivery charge is 250/- PKR, with free delivery on orders over 10,000/- PKR.

5. Shipping Policy

Spyda Footwear offers delivery services across Pakistan. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, which includes processing time. Orders confirmed before 10 AM will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 10 AM will be processed the next working day. Delivery may be affected during national holidays.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that have manufacturing defects, incorrect sizes, or are damaged upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. The exchange delivery service incurs a charge of 300/- PKR.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spyda Footwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
