Exchanges & Returns

EXCHANGE

We have a very flexible exchange policy. If you wish to change your size, we will send your required item and you can return the old size to the courier who delivers all from the convenience of your home. The charges for exchange delivery service are 300/- PKR.

RETURN

Replacement / return of items can only be entertained only if you receive order with items having manufacturing defect, incorrect size / style or damaged.

Once the return is approved, we will dispatch a fresh product that will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days. You can return the damaged/wrong product to the same courier person who delivers the new one.

* Sale items cannot be refunded / exchanged / replaced / returned.
